Career Connect NW provides the resources and a collaborative environment for our community to work together to prepare future generations for economic success and connect them with career opportunities and STEM learning in Island, San Juan, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties.

Together, we represent employers, educators, and community-based organizations who have each been awarded a Career Connect Washington (CCW) program builder grant. Career Connect NW provides information sessions including an explanation of the CCW Career Connected Learning Continuum and assisted in working with us on how our project fit into this model. They supported us as we worked on our individual program goals, outcomes, equity plan, and budget. Additionally, they discussed our connections with other regional programs and organizations and made introductions as necessary to assist in rounding out our application. 

In CCW Program Builder Rounds 7-10, since the Career Connect NW was established: 

● 17 program builder grants have been awarded to organizations serving the NW Region. 

● This equates to 27% of all CCW program builder awards over that time frame!
